This
laser sensor gives you ultimate scanning data for waney-edged boards. This design,
with two cameras, allows it to measure steep wane or square-edged flitches without
compromise. This sensor also includes a unique built-in wane detection feature
for PLC control of board turners.
This
long-range, laser-point sensor gives you accuracy with a long field of view. Built
with 1 laser point and a cameras, it takes readings and the nearest position will
be sent out (serial or analog 4-20mA). This sensor starts reading at only 4 inches
and has a field of view of 14 feet.
The
True-Shape scanner measures a full profile of an object. A laser line is projected
onto the surface of an object. The sensor takes 150 to 300 readings per second
with an accuracy of 0.010" to 0.015". With a density of 10 to 50 points
per inch along the laser line, this scanner keeps in memory a complete set of
data of a log or a board. With a simple TCP/IP request, it will send the complete
3-D shape data.
